This is a great program, it basically lets you map your gamepad/joystick buttons to buttons on the keyboard, so that you can use any controller in ANY game practically.

New Super Mario Bros. DS – On PC!

After trading in my Nintendo DS, I have been wanting to play New Super Mario Bros. for a really long time now, So I figured out how to do it and decided to share it with anyone who wants to know. It also includes downloads to all necessary things, including the rom!

Here is a tutorial on how to play nintendo ds games on your computer!

First Download the No$gba Emulator. & New Super Mario Bros. Rom, That I have compiled Here.

After Downloading, Extract all the files, and Double click the exe.

You might have to click on the button directory then navigate to the roms folder, if not then open the rom.

Once opened, click on Options > Emulation Setup

Change the “NDS Cartridge Backup Media” to “FRAM 32KBYTES”. After that click file and reset rom, then it’ll work!

If you click on Options > Save Settings, you’ll only have to do this once.

If you want to use a gamepad like XBCD to play this game, like I do, then you will want to download XPadder5-0 Here.

Remember, Emulators always run better without the sound! and if you want to make the screen bigger, change the resolution on your computer!

PSP – Fixing Lag (How to format to FAT)

If your PSP Is Lagging when trying to play GTA or any other game in ISO format.. this is why.. your memory stick is probably formatted to FAT32 (default if 4gb or under) which is a lot slower than FAT to test it out, connect it to a computer, right click on your psp drive and click properties. if its FAT32 read on…

You will have to backup the layout of your memory card before formatting so that way after formatting and copying all the files, your psp doesn’t try to format it back to FAT32.

Go to My Computer and double click on the drive of your memory card, once opened select all and copy & paste to another folder on your desktop.

Go to Command Prompt. To get there, go to your Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt (or Run > cmd )

Type in “format x: /fs:fat” (without the quotes and where x: is your memory stick drive letter). Ignore the warnings and just hit Enter or Yes.

After finished, Copy all the files back onto the memory card and play GTA with NO LAG!

Well, I love Sega Dreamcast and I don’t have one, so I decided to install this emulator and tinker with it a bit.

The Best Dreamcast Emulator is Chankast.

Download it here, with the needed BIOS.

After installing I found the BIOS needed (I included them for you), mounted the image with daemon tools lite, but when i tried starting the game it wouldn’t work.

I later found out that only Daemon Tools V3.29 works, after I searched for a while I found it, I uploaded it so now you can download it here.

If you have already installed another version, you must uninstall that version and then install 3.29.

Extract The files from the rar, Mount the Image with Daemon Tools, Open Chankast then..

Click “Options”, Then “Configure Drive” , select your virtual drive and click OK.

Then just click “Run” then Start!

If that doesn’t work then click on Plugins -> Configure and make sure CDROM Interface xxx is selected.

If that doesn’t work then mess around with the CDROM plugin and input plugins.

Ripping audio from Video Files

have a look at VLC media player, its an all in one media player, you don’t even need codecs installed on your computer, it plays pretty much anything (including flv and swf), and it also converts and rips audio from videos fairly quickly… heres how to rip the audio once you download and install it…

1. Open up VLC and click Media, at the top, and select “Convert/Save”, and select the video your going to rip the audio from.

2. Click the Encapsulation tab and click on MPEG 1, go over to the video tab and make sure the video box is unchecked.

3. Head on over to the Audio codec tab and check the audio box and select MP3 as the codec.

4. On the top of the Stream Output window make sure the file box is checked, and the play locally and dump raw input boxes are unchecked. after that click browse and tell it where you want it to save the file, but… MAKE SURE YOU SAVE IT WITH AN MPG extension, so type whatever.mpg in the filename box, and click save, and then click the other save button at the bottom.

5. after its finished, repeat the previous steps but this time, select the .mpg file you just created, change the Encapsulation to RAW, and save it with an mp3 extension.

flawless conversions right there, and all with free software

oh, and by the way you could just use MP3Gain to adjust the volume of the extracted audio without loss of quality. and without converting between wav and mp3, because no body likes to do that.

Well, Since i love this game so much, i decided to create a torrent for it as well as upload a couple screen shots.

if you haven’t seen this game, you should definitely check it out.. Your a Raven, who pilots an Armored Core Unit, you can totally customize your AC and make it however you want.

You have to carry out missions, which are different each time, sometimes you protect things, and sometimes you destroy things.

Beginning of a hard mission

You get to choose between many different weapons, from plasma machine guns to sniper rifles and multi rocket launchers and laser blades, this game is awesome!
